Visit http://www.nationalgeographic.com/grimm/ and respond to the following:
1. When were the fairy tales written?
2. Into how many languages were they translated?
3. On the website, you see a chest. What is inside?
4. Find 5 interesting facts about the Grimm Brothers.
5. When you click on the map, you will find out how long the fairy tale.
The road is _________km or __________ miles.
6. Name three cities along the road and which fairytales are supposed to have happened in their vicinity:
7. How many links does the site give you?
8. Choose one link and tell me what you found!
9. List five fairy tales that Walt Disney has not made into a movie.
10. Find one fairy tale not popular in American culture. Be able to retell the tale. Write the summary on a separate piece of paper and staple it to this sheet.
11. On a separate sheet of paper, compare on of Disney’s versions with the originals and staple it to this sheet.
